Joanne L. Andrews has been on the staff of Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell, LLC since February 2000. She has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Andrews specializes in providing market analyses for residential projects, with a specialty in retirement and senior housing.

Nathan O. Brantley joined Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC in January 1998, as an associate. Nathan graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in December 1997 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. He has combined his education with work experience in the residential construction industry. Appraisal and consulting assignments completed throughout the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia Region. Nathan is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Maryland and is currently working toward obtaining an MAI designation.

F. Ford Dennis, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Ford has been an associate with Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell since 1998 and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Maryland.

Stacy A. Harman joined Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC in August 1988, as an administrative assistant. In 2003, she expanded her role to become an associate appraiser. Stacy is a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Maryland, and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Kelly A. Hoffert joined Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC as an associate appraiser in August 1997. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Mary Washington College in 1994 and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996. Her previous experience includes working as a development officer for a non-profit housing development corporation in Baltimore City. She is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Maryland.

Michael is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. He holds a Master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland at College Park, and has over eight years of planning experience. Michael came to Lipman, Frizzell and Mitchell as an associate in January 2004 and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Maryland.

Heather joined Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC as an associate appraiser in March 2003. Heather earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1997 and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Her previous experience includes providing market analyses for residential and commercial projects. Heather is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Maryland.

Sheldon A. Stern has been an associate appraiser with Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC since 1987 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from University of Maryland (College Park), an MBA degree from the University of Baltimore and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. His background includes extensive property management operations expertise, having attained the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. Sheldon brings his specialized educational background, solid operations experience, and appraisal knowledge to Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC and has attained his MAI designation. He has a special interest in multi-family and industrial property valuation. Sheldon is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Maryland.

Eileen T. Thomas joined Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC in October 1985 as an administrative assistant. In December 2003, she became an associate appraiser trainee under the guidance of partner, Ryland L. Mitchell III. In December 2007, Eileen obtained a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license from the State of Maryland and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Janet also serves as a board member for the Maryland Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |

Michael is a graduate of Towson University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with a Chemistry minor. He has a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to obtaining his Appraiser Trainee License and joining Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell LLC in August 2005, Michael worked as an environmental engineer and consultant. He is currently licensed as an Appraiser Trainee in Maryland and is working towards earning a Certified General Appraisal License and an MAI designation. |

Jack joined LFM as an associate appraiser in May, 2005. He has over 20 years of financial and investment management experience with leading Baltimore eleemosynary and financial institutions and is a US Army officer veteran. He has also been on the Johns Hopkins University faculty as an accounting and finance instructor for 17 years. Jack is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of McDaniel College and has a Master of Accountancy Degree from Virginia Tech. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designations and has his Maryland Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License. |
